Type 2 surge protection devices (SPDs) for EV charger and electrical installations. Surge protection is a mandatory requirement under BS 7671 Amendment 2:2022 for EV charger circuits, protecting against transient overvoltages caused by lightning strikes and switching events on the distribution network.
