Free Shipping is a 4 - 7 working day delivery service available to UK customers at no cost (excluding certain products).

   

Standard Shipping is a 2 - 3 working day delivery service available to UK customers at cost. This cost is dependent on weight and is calculated at checkout.

 

International shipping times and costs are advertised at the point of checking out.

 

Custom Fees; we are a UK based company and therefore VAT and Customs charges may apply on orders from outside of the UK, which the customer is responsible for. We do not charge UK VAT on any of our products that are ordered outside of the UK.

 

Special requirements can be catered for if more urgency is needed or specific times are required for delivery, please contact us. 

 

Unexpected things can happen so unfortunately delivery times can not be guaranteed and they are our best estimate. 

Same day dispatch cut off is nominally 12:00 GMT. Some items may require final assembly and test. Any items being delivered directly from the manufacturer to our customers will be dispatched as soon as possible.
