Returns and Warranty
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to poor packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Unit B & C, The Mallards, South Cerney, Cirencester, GL7 5TQ
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault lies with us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
A re-stocking fee of £15 may apply, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Repairs and replacements:
Ecolites are covered by a 3 year warranty. SimplEV is covered by a 2 year warranty
Ecoharmony controllers & other hardware are covered by a standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
If there is an issue with your Ecoharmony charge point as a result of any shortcoming in design or manufacture, then we will fix or replace the unit free of charge, either remotely or onsite (UK mainland only).
If your unit was not installed, or installation was not arranged, by Ecoharmony:
We will warranty the hardware on a return-to-base basis and we will fix or replace free of charge which is caused by any shortcoming in design or manufacture. We will pay for any return shipping costs but will not pay for any costs of reinstallation (UK mainland only).

Any hardware failure should be promptly reported to us at: email@example.com
In any correspondence, please quote the serial number, the date of installation and a brief description of the fault. The EcoHarmony technical team will carry out an assessment and will contact you to get further details.
The warranty will be void if the Ecoharmony unit is opened, modified, tampered with or repair is attempted by anyone other than a Ecoharmony appointed installer.
If your unit is out of warranty:
EcoHarmony will provide a no-obligation quotation for the repair of out-of-warranty units. We will schedule repairs upon receipt of payment.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event will EcoHarmony accept any liability for any loss, costs or damage consequential to the use and/or misuse of our hardware products except where this is caused by our negligence.
