Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and its been processed.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 - 3 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, and its been a few working days since we confirmed the refund, then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is cleared.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@ecoharmony.co.uk.
Sale & Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned and refunded.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong item then we will most likely be able to arrange an exchange if the item is still in original packaging and saleable condition. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at team@ecoharmony.co.uk with your order number and details.
Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defectively manufactured or damaged due to poor packaging. Please email us at team@ecoharmony.co.uk with details and photos, and we should be able arrange a replacement.
Shipping back to us
To return your product, mail the item(s) to: Unit 4, Chesterton Link, Chesterton Ln, Cirencester, GL7 1YE
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault lies with us.
If you are shipping an item over £100 back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Re-stocking
A re-stocking fee of £15 may apply, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
