Is there a minimum order to open a trade account?
No minimum order is required to apply. We work with installers of all sizes — whether you're doing two installs a month or two hundred. Your rebate tier and credit terms are based on volume over time.
How quickly can I get a credit account?
Credit accounts are available to qualifying trade customers subject to a standard credit check, usually completed within 2–3 working days of your application. Your account manager will guide you through the process.
What are the qualifying conditions for priority dispatch?
Priority dispatch applies to active trade accounts in good standing. Specific conditions are confirmed when your account is set up. Your account manager will clarify exactly what applies to your account type.
How do volume rebates work?
Rebates are calculated on your quarterly spend across eligible product lines. Your account manager will share the rebate tiers on sign-up. Rebates are typically issued as credit against future orders or as a payment, depending on your arrangement.
Do you supply just chargers, or the full installation kit?
We supply the full stack — EV chargers, PME protection devices, consumer units, earth rods, trunking and accessories. Many trade customers order complete installation bundles from us to save time sourcing from multiple suppliers.
I'm a sole trader just starting out. Can I still apply?
Absolutely. We welcome sole traders and new businesses. Trade pricing is available from day one. Credit accounts and higher rebate tiers become available as your account matures.
