A faster charge is a guest amenity worth having
A short-stay guest cares about how quickly their car is ready to leave, more than most home owners do — three-phase capability helps here, though as with any 22kW charger, the actual rate is capped by whatever the guest's car can accept on AC. Billing works exactly as on the 7kW model: MID-certified metering, RFID access per guest, and Tap Electric for contactless payment with no monthly fee.

Only if the vehicle's onboard charger supports three-phase AC input at that rate. Most EVs are limited to 7kW or 11kW regardless of supply.
