The same guest charging capability as the Holiday 7kW — with three-phase 22kW output for properties that can offer the fastest home-style AC charging available.
The Holiday Series 22kW is for rental property owners whose premises are served by a three-phase electricity supply. At up to 22kW, guests with compatible vehicles can charge significantly faster — a meaningful advantage for guests arriving with a depleted battery after a long journey to a rural location.
Like the 7kW model, it includes a MID-certified energy meter for accurate billing, RFID access control, Ethernet connectivity, and Tap Electric integration for contactless payment with no monthly fees. Three-phase supply is required at the property. UK-manufactured with a 5-year hardware warranty and 10-year enclosure warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a 22kW charger worth it for a holiday let?
If your property has three-phase power, yes — particularly for rural lets where guests may arrive after a long journey with a low battery. A 22kW charger adds around 100 miles of range per hour vs roughly 30 miles at 7kW. This is a genuine differentiator for EV-driving guests.
What if a guest's car only charges at 7kW?
The charger delivers the maximum rate the vehicle accepts — a car limited to 7kW will charge at 7kW. The 22kW installation is future-ready as faster-charging vehicles become more common.
We added the Holiday charger to make our property more attractive to EV drivers, and it’s been a great decision. Guests find it easy to use, and the payment setup means we can recover electricity costs without any hassle. Eco Harmony were brilliant at explaining the options and helping us choose the right model.
